Advice, planning applications and architects drawings can all be arranged. Many private homeowners have benefited from our land expertise, with guidance given on garden separation to form a building plot or demolition of an existing house to redevelop, where added value can be gained through residential development.

We can also provide professional work including land valuations, off-plan new homes evaluations, ransom strip and access land negotiations and certain pre-legal advice relating to covenants. Recommendations can be given in respect of lawyers specialising in land matters, architects conversant with new build and extensions and local builders with NHBC certification.

We are totally independent and have no ties to any particular developer. If you have land for sale we will give impartial advice on the best way of achieving the optimum price or sale.
